Aikon® ThermoShield leaflet

Aikon® ThermoShield is an impact-resistant, highly insulating polycarbonate safety glazing system made from clear, hard-coated polycarbonate. Its sealed insulating air cavity significantly enhances thermal performance, helping to reduce heat transfer and improve interior comfort in demanding environments.

The glazing is coated with Aikon® AR 2021 hardcoating technology, which delivers very good abrasion resistance and enhanced optical quality. This durable surface protects against UV radiation and optical degradation, ensuring long-lasting clarity and performance.
