    Aikon® PC AR 1010/1020

    Cost and performance optimised hard coated polycarbonate sheet with good resistance against abrasion and UV-radiation. The PC sheet is coated with Momentive SilFORT PHC 587 standard PC coating, which is a one-layer system.

    Aikon® PC AR 1010/1020

    Aikon® PC AR 1010/1020 are lighweight hard coated polycarbonate sheets, which offer superior impact resistance combined with increased scratch resistance from the hard coating. AR 1010 is hard coated from one side and AR 1020 is hard coated from both sides of the sheet. The PC sheets hard coated with standard Momentive SilFORT PHC 587 coating agent. Hard coated polycarbonate sheets also offer very high UV-radiation resistance and protection against yellowing and loss of translucence. The coated surfaces are also well protected against harmful chemicals and cleaning agents. The PC sheets have:

    • superior impact resistance
    • high scratch resistance
    • good chemical resistance
    • improved UV resistance

    Aikon® PC AR 2011/2021

    Aikon® PC AR 2011/2021 are extremely lighweight clear transparent hard coated polycarbonate sheets, which offer superior impact resistance. AR 2011 is hard coated from one side and AR 2021 is hard coated from both sides of the sheet.  With premium protective Momentive SilFORT AS-4000 coating, the polycarbonate has higher abrasion resistance than in AR 1010/1020 quality. Hard coated PC AR 2011/2021 also offer very high UV-radiation resistance and protection against yellowing and loss of translucence. The coated surfaces are also well protected against harmful chemicals and cleaning agents. The PC sheets have:

    • very good abrasion resistance
    • superior impact resistance
    • good chemical resistance
    • extended UV-resistance

    Aikon® PC AR 2012/2022

    Aikon® PC AR 2012/2022 is the best hard coated high-performance polycarbonate sheet there is. The polycarbonate sheet has superior abrasion resistance combined with equally superior resistance against harmful UV-radiation. AR 2012 is hard coated from one side and AR 2022 is hard coated from both sides of the sheet. The PC material is coated with supreme Momentive SilFORT AS-4700 hard coating which includes SHP470 basecoat. The coating provides premium protection for the polycarbonate sheet. The polycarbonate sheet has:

    • superior impact resistance
    • superior abrasion resistance
    • good chemical resistance
    • superior UV-resistance
